The Bikavér is the characteristic wine of the wine-growing region in Eger, which was made of grapes from Ostoros and Novaj parishes. This wine unites more grapes. The delicate tannins of the Zweigelt, the spiciness of the Cabernet and the orchard of the Kékfrankos meet in this redwine.
We recommend it for beefs and games dishes. It can be consumed already on 16-18 degrees.
